05Learning and assignment
The right course, to the right person, on time
Assign courses, tests and documents to the whole company, a branch, a team or just a few people. Anyone who joins the group later automatically gets everything that applies to them.
Flexible assignment
To the whole company, to a Structure × Groups intersection or to selected people, with a start date and a deadline.
Dynamic enrollment
New members of a group or unit automatically receive the courses assigned there.
Deadlines and reminders
Mandatory courses, lockout after the deadline and in-platform notifications before the start date and the deadline.

06Tests, certificates, gamification
Fair assessment, verifiable results
Tests with a pass mark, server-verified timing and randomly drawn questions. At the end, a PDF certificate that anyone can verify online.
Pass mark and attempts
Pass mark from 0–100%, 1–10 attempts or unlimited; a new attempt after 24 h, with a notification.
Server-verified timing
Time limit of up to 24 h; the test submits itself when time runs out, and late answers are not scored.
Question bank
Randomly drawn questions, shuffled order, per-question explanations and feedback after submission.
Conditional progress
Learners can’t move on until they pass the test, if that’s how you set up the course.
Standalone tests
Tests separate from courses, organized in folders and assigned like any course.
Per-question report
