How is the price calculated if my number of users falls between tiers?
You pay for the total number of users on the platform. Between two tiers, the price per user drops gradually, with no jumps: 80 users cost €4.30 per user per month, and 900 users always cost less than 1,000. The calculator above shows the exact price for any number.
Are there hidden costs or separately paid modules?
No. In the cloud, the price includes all features, hosting, backups, updates and support — you pay only per user. On your own server you get the same complete platform, with no separately paid modules.
Can I start with fewer than 25 users?
Yes. For small teams, NGOs or pilot projects we’ll find the right formula together — tell us how many users you have and what you want to launch.
What do I get with an on-premises installation?
The complete NexiLMS platform installed and configured on your server, with your domain and brand, import of your courses and users, and administrator training. Pricing starts at €20,000 and depends on the number of users, the integrations and the scope of the migration.
Can you help us move our courses from iSpring?
Yes. SCORM packages created in iSpring become editable lessons, with their tests converted. Our team can move an entire iSpring account: folders, courses, tests, longreads, documents, users and company structure.
How do payment and invoicing work?
The cloud plan is billed annually, in advance, by bank transfer. We issue tax invoices through e-Factura and sign documents with MSign. Prices shown include VAT.
Can I change the number of users later?
Yes. If your team grows, add users at any time and we’ll recalculate your subscription.
Is our data safe?
Each company is strictly isolated from the others, two-factor authentication can be enforced, and administrative actions are logged. If you want your data never to leave your network, choose the on-premises installation.
