From the NexiLMS mobile app
- Open the NexiLMS app and sign in.
- Open the account menu and go to Account settings → My data and account deletion.
- Confirm with your password, a two-step verification code or by signing in again with Apple or Google, if that is how you registered.
- Tick the confirmation and tap Permanently delete account.
Your account is deleted immediately and the sessions on all your devices are closed.
On the web
- Sign in to the NexiLMS platform at the address you normally use (for example your organization’s address).
- Open Account settings → My data and account deletion.
- In the Delete account section, enter your password or a two-step verification code, tick the confirmation and click Permanently delete account.
If you registered with Google or Apple and have no password, confirm the deletion by signing in again with the same Google or Apple account. When your account is deleted, we also revoke NexiLMS’s access to your Apple account.
By email request
If you no longer have access to your account or have uninstalled the app, send a deletion request to info@webconsulting.md with the subject “NexiLMS account deletion”. Write from the email address of your account and include:
- your first and last name;
- the address of the platform you use or the name of your organization.
If necessary, we will ask for additional confirmation of your identity. We delete the account within 30 days, usually within a few working days, and confirm by email.
Cases that need an extra step
- You are the last administrator of an organization. First appoint another administrator, so the organization does not lose access.
- You are a course creator with published courses or unsettled earnings. Write to us and we will withdraw, transfer or settle them before deletion.
- Your account was created by your organization. You can delete it yourself as described above. The organization will see the account as a deleted user, and training results remain in its reports without your name.
- The platform runs on your organization’s own server. The data is on its server, so for deletion by email please contact your organization’s administrator.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, it is anonymized immediately and permanently. The following are deleted:
- your name, email, phone, date of birth and profile photo;
- links to Google, Apple or SSO accounts and two-step verification settings;
- all active sessions and the app’s notification identifiers;
- your consent to marketing communications (you will no longer receive any messages).
Deletion cannot be undone. Beforehand, you can download your data from Account settings → My data and account deletion → Download my data.

If you do not want to delete your whole account
- You can stop marketing communications in Account settings → My data and account deletion.
- You can turn off the app’s notifications in your phone settings.
- You can ask us to delete only some data, for example your photo or phone number, by writing to info@webconsulting.md.
